Throughout the process of searching, Mike drove to several properties, walked them, sent us pictures and video, and shared his observations with us. All of this was extremely helpful as we live 8 hours away. When we thought we'd found the parcel we wanted, Mike arranged for us to walk the property. Mike met us at the site, walked through the briars and bugs, and even took a slight dip in the creek while trying to access part of the parcel we were unable to reach. Mike then approached neighboring property owners and was able to get permission for us to walk in from the back of the property. He stuck with us all the way. Mike's assistance in getting physically onto the property made us comfortable enough to make an offer. Had he not been so persistent, we may not have made an offer. When we decided to move forward, and contacted Mike, he quickly helped us determine a fair offer and closed the deal.
